Padus supplies customer support for all products. If you encounter any difficulties, our customer support staff will try to get you the information that you need. In most cases, you will find the answers to problems in the documentation provided with your computer system or with DiscJuggler.
You are strongly encouraged to contact Padus initially via e-mail, providing as much information as possible. Any non-technical inquiry can be sent into Customer Support. If your e-mail appears to contain technical-related material, it will be forwarded to Technical Support, where the inquiry might not be able to be fulfilled.
