Getting Help - Technical Support


 

Padus supplies technical support for all products. If you encounter technical difficulties, our technical support staff will work to assist you with resolving your problem. In most cases, you will find answers to problems in the documentation provided with your computer system or with DiscJuggler.

 

You are strongly encouraged to contact Padus initially via e-mail, providing as much information as possible. Any technical inquiry can be sent directly to Technical Support. If your e-mail appears to contain customer-related material, it will be forwarded to Customer Support, where the inquiry might not be able to be fulfilled.
